WHY USE US?

DIH Limited was established to provide help and support and manage your Insurance Claim for you. We know the process can be complex and frustrating which is why we offer to handle the matter on your behalf. Keeping both you and your chosen Sewage Treatment Company updated at every stage.

ARE THERE ANY COSTS?

This will depend on the type of claim and what is involved from the Sewage Treatment Companies.  There may be initial costs for testing, surveys and report writing, but these will be explained to you in further detail.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Initially on your part completing simple forms that will allow your Insurance Company to liaise directly with us. The process has many stages and involves communication between the parties to ensure that we represent your claim correctly, for it to be upheld.  However, we understand there are there no guarantees and if we are unsuccessful then we will assist you in taking your claim, if justified, to the FOS.

HOW LONG DOES THE CLAIM TAKE?

This will depend upon the factors involved within your claim such as; is the STP shared, has the system been maintained, how long has the system been failing?  Initial liaison with your Insurance Company should literally be a few days. The time involved thereafter is establishing your claim and undertaking the reports that are required along with site visits.  The process can be quite lengthy at times, however, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient service, because at DIH Limited this is all we do, and hopefully, we do it well!
